interesting thread. and beautiful guits.

and from the "off on a tangent" dept......

anyone notice that "semie" and "moseley" as well as "gospel" and "built in soul" are registered trademarks on the brochure?(not to mention mosrite...and if you look closer you will see that "guitar" and "gospel guitar" are also registered...but not "gospel guitars"

also, the registered mark is not on the guitars themselves.....

the real question is.....do you really think he registered them or just, kinda, you know, kinda said they were registered? (runs about $325 per these days...don't know how much twenty or more years ago....if memory serves, your name doesn't need official registering)



in fact....shouldn''t there be a registered mark at the top of this page after the name mosrite?

I've been drooling over that brochure for almost 20 years! I can't believe you know who owns that guitar that is great. I have often wondered where it is. I think that is one of my top three favorite Semie creations of all time. Does it have humbuckers or single coils?
