Nice score, Stevie. Those are absolutely gorgeous.
Austin, The butterscotch M88 in the ad has a tremolo tail, while Stevie's is a hardtail.
I've never played any of these later Mosrites, but it seems these models were more boutique. Maybe this time frame was when the best Mosrite were made?
Also, Dennis, or any other experts, in the ad Semie is holding a sunburst model. Would that be an 80's style Mark 1?

Trent, to the best of my knowledge, I do believe that it was the new MARK I.Strat-o-rama wrote:.............................Also, Dennis, or any other experts, in the ad Semie

If incorrect, I'm sure someone will jump on board and correct me......

Editing error. I had another upload of the photo I posted in black and white and substituted it without removing this line.

-- Couldn't sleep last night so I spent a short time playing and admiring the V3. I gotta say, life is good. I am thankful to be the proud owner of this guitar, and all of my Mosrites.
The gangster looks so frightening, with his luger in his hand
When he gets home to his children, he's a family man
But when it comes to the nitty-gritty, he can shove in his knife
Yes he really looks quite religious, he's been an outlaw all his life
