Mosrite Nokie model
Does anyone know much about these guitars..? Seem like an old man version of the normal Ventures model with the contours etc.!

Re: Mosrite Nokie model
The Nokie models came in two flavors - the cheaper line with a flat headstock (that is a headstock surface that runs parallel to the fingerboard), non-adjustable pickups, no binding on the neck etc. The higher end (the "Anniversary" line) has a chambered body, neck and body bindings, adjustable PUs, custom colors - a pic of an anniversary model was posted a while back on this forum. Some of the Nokie Anniversary models from Mosrite also had a split pickguard and custom electronics.
Given the state of Mosrite at the time these guitars were produced, I am willing to bet that whatever parts were availabale got used in producing Nokie models that would not cleanly fall into either one of these two lines.

Re: Mosrite Nokie model
I'm putting together a Nokie model from parts I got from Curtis, you can check the progress in the "Projects ..." section of the forum.
