the smell of old ones is fine. But this one was new 7 years ago and it STINKS! Seriously, it is the most foul smell imaginable. I even left the case open for a year or so with it full of baking soda, and it still stinks. Oh well, par for the course when you look at everything else wrong with it.

hey zarf,

I have a beagle and a fairly large popular of skunks in the area where I live, and well, you can probably guess what tends to happen. the formula for a skunk bath is 1 part baking soda, 1 part hydrogen peroxide, and a teaspoon of hand soap. you could use this on your guitar case, I'm sure it'll bleach the fabric a some, but I'd met it'll clear up the puke smell. just an idea for ya...
