Happy Mosrite 2019!

The ball just dropped downtown in Times Square and in our little apartment on the Upper West Side we can still hear the fireworks going off just a few blocks from us in Central Park. Happy times are here and I want to wish all of you a happy and successful Mosrite New Year. You go 2019!
