Hm, I've started from the wrong side of the bed with bombardment of questions without proper introduction.

Well, hi there! My name is Nick, in my 30s, I reside in Dubai for 3 years already, working. I'm a fan of Mosrites for quite a time but this love raised from Mosrite's "Grungy" side.

For almost 10 years I'm a proud owner of Mosrite Mark I Ranger RG-1966 MIJ, which now bears signatures of Kee Marcelo and Uli Jon Roth from 2009. When Kee saw the guitar I brought for signing he was curious - what the heck is this? I also own an Univox which my brother gave me as a birthday present and which I repainted and upgraded for a lot of a buck but it's always a different thing when it's a present, right?

Welcome aboard to the Mosrite Forum. I heard great things about Mosrite Rangers. Could you post a pic? Thanks.

Sure!
Hope this mumbo-jumbo with dropbox will work.
Signed guitar. I guess you've noticed a sharpie penned tremolo base and a bud made of wiring tape.

Me 20-something during a pre concert signature session. it was AHMAZING. Since then I've gained a lot of Kg's and got a beard.

papers that were included. I've got it from Japanese store, Ishibashi or Kurosawa Gakki, can't recall

The crappiest wiring I've ever seen.

At least 2 bars, like it should be

With her friends. Since then a lot of guitars were acquired

This is my precious, Univox in a custom-built to fit exactly Univox case (it is a hard-case even though it looks like a soft one and is capable to withstand harsh temperatures). Note the "killer-switch" made of antivandal button.

It's possible to notice some things from the photo: neck binding, new nut, new frets, new pickguard, new paintjob. It was dings and rags with a dead truss-rod and deadly glued neck joint when I've got it.

And that how it look'd like "Before"
Image
Since I work thousands of kilometers from the place I live, there are only two guitars here with me, Rickenbacker 620 and Squier Bass VI
This american-made lady saying Hi!

Have no idea how to rotate the photo to be shown properly since in Dropbox it is viewed the correct way.

I think that was not the worst intoduction, eh?)
