Hello from Toulouse, France.

Postby frelonvert » Mon Sep 07, 2015 2:24 pm

Hi,
I am Joseph. I love guitars, especialy japanese guitars.
I don't own a mosrite but surely will in the future, well... hope I will. I am very curious about them. But these are hard to come by and try in Europe.
I live doing illustration works and comics in France and USA.
Four kids at home. A dog. And 7 electric guitars^^
I love working on old tortured guitar or basses.

-- Hello and welcome Joseph, I would love to visit France someday! In my home town of St Louis MO there is a ton of early French influence. Good luck on your hunt for a Mosrite!
The gangster looks so frightening, with his luger in his hand
When he gets home to his children, he's a family man
But when it comes to the nitty-gritty, he can shove in his knife
Yes he really looks quite religious, he's been an outlaw all his life

Thanks!
I am afraid that my Mosrite purchase will have to wait.
I just try to recover from a long expected buy: a Yamaha sg2^^
I know it is not the place to speak about them but those are very nice guitars too. And it comes with very tiny frets and I heard that the mosrites too have some low and speed frets.
If you guys are curious about those old yamahas, I have made a blog about them:

I would love to visit St Louis and the New Orleans! I was lucky to came in the USA several times and always loved it!

-- Congrats on your new guitar! I have some older Japanese axes, Ibanez Artist, Blazer, and Musician bass and a Univox ripper. No Yamaha guitars but my wife's drums are Yamahas, nice set.

-- New Orleans is amazing, been there many times. If you ever get to St Louis drop me a line I'll show ya my guitar collection!
