Hello Mosrite forum!
Soon (probably tomorrow!) I'm going to get myself a Mosrite guitar, so now I'm in a big mess - varios models, years, factories.. I'm trying to learn all I can find about history of Mosrite guitars to make the decision. Also it's all not so easy for me because I have to buy guitar online and have no chance to play it before purchase.. There's no Mosrite dealer in Moscow, Russia and absolutely no vintage Mosrite market at all.. )
I would appreciate any help (I still have too many unanswered question.. )!
Anyway, let me introduce myself.
My name is Pavel. I'm a musician, performer and electronic music producer from Moscow, Russia. For last 27 years I was learning, making and playing music live in many different ways - in the beginning, during my childhood I had about 10 years of private piano lessons, after graduated as a guitarist from jazz academy in Moscow, later continued to learn and perform electronic and live music by myself. For last 7 years I perform and record with many different bands and project in Russia and abroad, writing scores for cinema and animation films, recording my own music at the home studio. Play guitar, bass, keyboards and trying to learn pedal steel guitar. My sonic tastes are mostly in the territory of avantgarde, experimental music, free jazz, brilliant new wave, world music, surf, soft and unusual electronic music, one of a kind music )
I'm into other kinds of art as well - a part of me is a painter- it's not so hard to find me at my studio during the night standing infront of canvas with oil colors..
