Now I know who you are. Your band features in one of those magazine articles I mentioned. It was from Vintage Guitar June 2006 and I always liked that red Mosrite you're holding. I still haven't scored any of your music but the cover of Kaleidoscopic Sounds looks fantastic. I'll have to get me that one!

Hi Simon
Welcome to the forum!
I've heard some of your bands music and really like it.
At the moment there's lots of Mosrites in Australia, most at Mosmans place!

Hi Peter,

Are Mosrites as expensive there as they are here ?
Most guitar shops here can get Japanese reissues like the Excellent 65's and Super Custom 64's but they are pretty costly unless you can get a deal. The 65's list for $1900 Aus and the SC 64 goes for $2695 Aus or so. I know a few shop owners and got a red Ex65 for $1550 and an SC64 for $2150. Still expensive but better.
Good luck finding originals. Since my Mosrite fascination began in the mid 90's I've only seen 7 and they ain't cheap.
It's still fun looking for them though.
