Just got my first Mosrite: A 1972 Celebrity III. It's sunburst with white pickguards, and a bound neck. I love this guitar. My local music store, Skips Music in Sacramento currently has it. The neck binding has come loose in two spots, and he is repairing that and doing a set up on it.
I play modern worship music at my church. i also play some blues when I'm jamming. Anyway, what a sweet guitar. The action is wicked low, and the neck is so slim! And the pickups are insane!
As far as I can tell this guitar is totally original. I'll post pics as soon as I get it back from the shop tomorrow.
The only thing left to do besides play her is to give her a name....

Welcome from Manteca John,
I knew I should have visited Skips more often! I have the mate to yours, and a Californian (Mosrite Dobro with the same body as a Celebrity) in s/b also, and a Californian in natural in various states of disrepair! Plus a few more Mosrites, Hallmarks, and clones.
