My new hallmark is a total piece of

Postby Spaceritual » Thu Mar 02, 2017 11:40 am

...Quality workmanship! Just picked it up at lunch today so havent had time to really get to know it or plug it in but oh man is it nice. This is the best fretwork Ive ever seen on a guitar in this price range and 100% quality. I have tiny hands and the 1 5/8' nut fits me perfectly! The white pearl paint is gorgeous and the case is super cool. Pics later but just wanted to say how impressed I am by this thing.

Glad to hear you are happy with your guitar. Yes you will never need to fret over our fretwork. We try to focus on the attention to detail. Rock that guitar and report back in.

Many thanks! Bob

Congratulations! When I first saw the title I thought I was going to have to put knots on your head faster than you can rub 'em. Hallmark's rock!

Yeah that's some good click-baiting in the title. :D

I just bought a "Man or Astro Man" Hallmark; an exact clone of my Mosrite. I bought it mainly because I didn't wanna take my original '65 Ventures Mosrite out on a gig because of its value & unavailability of parts. This is the first guitar I have bought in almost 50 years that WASN'T a Gibson or Fender & I must say...I have never EVER seen a guitar with such phenominal build quality, fit & finish, playability, tuning & intonation stability, & sound. All my other guitars are vintage original or Custom Shop Fenders & the MOAM blows them ALL out of the water, INCLUDING the Mosrite. All at a fraction of the price of the others. Don't know how they do it. Only quibble I have, & it's a small one, is I'm not crazy about the circuit board pickguard, but gonna see if I can order a white or tortoise shell one. This is one absolutely incredible guitar. I am a Hallmark fan for life.
