I don't know man, they worked for Bowie, KISS and The Cramps.

Yes and let's not forget Marc Bolan, Sweet, Nazareth, Slade, Elton John and alot of other cool British bands from the late 60's/ early 70's, not to mention the New York Dolls.............ok I change my mind, I may have to get a pair now.

I wonder if the Ventures wore platforms during the disco period? :)

The Ventures lived through just about every popular style of music, but that disco Ventures LP Rocky Road is hard to listen to. It is almost worth the price of the lp though, to see Don and Bob and Nokie pimped out with snazzy disco threads and furs etc. :lol: I read they didn't play on that recording, it was studio musicians and they simply did a photo shoot for the artwork. :cry:
