Thanks for that!

I don't really dabble with the electrics of my guitars, if bought two can I use these type of pots for both tone and the volume? Do you need a certain type of capacitor too (ie a .22 or .47) or can I continue to use the one that was installed with my 250k pot equipped 60C?

Sometimes you'll see and audio taper pot (volume)and a linear used (tone). Either of those caps would be fine, they affect the way the tone control works. You may want to try them all while you're sound the pots (not at the same time)

Got two of the vintage CTS audio taper pots in a few days ago and a 0.22 cap - I had to make the holes on the 60C scratchplate a tiny bit larger to accomodate the slightly larger thread on the CTS pots but all works great, thanks again for the good advice folks. :)
