That's what SHE said!!!

Kevin, I haven't seen the guitar in person, but that photo angle is probably exaggerating the size of the headstock. In the graphics/art world, we call that foreshortening, and sometimes it's done on purpose.

Yes we are considering this to be a production model too, thanks.

Danny, for some reason I did not get pic's of the back, I spaced out on that, sorry. I would be happy to take a few but the guitar is sold and in transit. It is same as a 65 bolt.

The headstock is the same pattern as the 60 Custom, it is the close photo angle that makes it look a tad larger.

Colors???

I like the idea of slightly off the beaten path colors: Aztec Gold with white pickup covers, candy apple green, metallic grape...

Funny you mentioned the coool colors! Those are right up my alley too! I LOVE custom colors are you may suspect with some of the colors we have offered like Fire Sparkle, Sunset Sparkle and Surf Pearl. I live for custom paint jobs.

Judging from your last post I think you read my mind, we have been working the past month developing a brand new line of colors for the C60's...we have been trying to get the colors just right which is harder than it looks........these names should give you an idea of what they will look like.......Lemon Squeeze, Plum Crazy, Orange Crush and Lime Aid.

These will come with white pickup covers and rings which we have freshly made a run of. This is a limited edition run of these colors.
We will still have traditional colors as to offer as well.

Thanks again for your thoughts, Bob

I'd be extremely happy with a classic 3 tone 'burst like the prototype is sporting or candy apple red. Either could find a place in my collection...I'm old school.

'Custom' colors in my mind are finishes like Burgundy Mist, Lake Placid Blue, Shoreline Gold, Pelham Blue..I'm not really into the crazy green and purple sparkles, although the Red/Silver/Blue sparkle 'Buck Owens' finish on the 60 Custom does look terrific.

We will still have the traditional colors too. We just sold our last Red Silver and Blue Sparkle yesterday to Japan.

Now what guitar will I play on the 4th? Hmmm, I detect another custom paint job.

Super guitar, Bob!
An Uncle Sam (or Yankee Doodle Dandy) model for the 4th? :)
