My Hallmark Twins

Since everybody's asking for photos, I thought I would oblige. The three-tone burst just arrived last week from Hallmark's new stock. I bought the Candy one in December from an individual in Ohio. The 'burst' was my first choice in color, but the red one (my second choice) was available at a good price when Bob was out of stock. After I got the red, I liked it so much that I decided to go ahead and get the 'burst' as well. Everyone needs a backup, right? Even though they came from the factory ready to "plug and play", I have taken them both to my local guitar tech. He didn't have to do much but just made them feel better to me. I can't say enough good things about these guitars! They look and play great! In February, the band I was with back i the 70s is reuniting for a benefit for St. Jude hospital. I haven't seen most of these guys since that time and I can't wait to see them. We are going to have a couple of rehearsals beforehand. I am planning to play one of the Hallmarks that night (haven't decided which one). I feel sure they will attract some attention from some of the other guitarists present that night.
Gear:
Hallmark 60 Custom Three-tone burst
Hallmark 60 Custom Candy Apple Red
Wilson Brothers VM-65 Black Sparkle
Line 6 Spider IV 120 w/shortboard
Line 6 Pocket Pod

Very cool! I've got a sunburst 60 coming as soon as Bob gets cases--seeing yours is making me even more impatient. Hopefully it won't be much longer...

Very nice pair. I may need a Hallmark at some point.
