I'm loving it, Bob. The quality and craftsmanship are superb and the sound is exceptional, and it feels great...as nice as any guitar I've played. Kind of surprised that the sunburst isn't more popular. I'm playing it through a Fender Blues Junior Tweed which will soon have a new MOD reverb tank and a set of gold pin JJ tubes. Should sound really sweet.

That's great! Thanks again for your purchase! Actually the sunburst models do sell very well. We do not have the 65's up on the website just yet. Need to do a photo shoot and get them up. We have all colors in stock in the 65 Customs now.

Best, Bob Shade

I've been checking the website daily, waiting to see some photos. Since there are none, it was quite a pleasant surprise when my 65 Custom showed up at my door.

What I meant to say is, since there are no photos on the website, I didn't think they were ready for shipment, So I was very surprised when the Fedex guy showed up with it.

Looks like this thread has been quite for a little while. I just finally did a deal this evening for a Hallmark Deke Dickerson model. I've been jonesing for one of these for a while. I think I paid a bit too much, but they so rarely come up for sale, I had to jump on it. Looking forward to it's arrival!

Congrats! I doubt you paid too much.........those guitars are worth twice what we charged for them. Look at all the binding work and inlay and custom parts. Good to see they are holding their value.

Again congrats!
