I always like seeing the woodgrain in a guitar anyway. I may not own any electrics that feature this in their finish but I like it.
1966 Ventures II (German Carved, B670.)
1970s "Not a Blues Bender" Bodies: 2.
1976 Brass Rail Deluxe #10.

All but one of my electrics have transparent finishes. I love to see the wood. ;)

Hey all!!!!
Bob and I just got back from a couple of days surfin' on the shore. We were supposed to be there all week, but we needed to get back to get the work done. Stay tuned for the Hallmark II's very shortly! We are working hard to get these models out and hope all you will bear with us. We thank you sincerely for all your support and patience and I am sure, we won't disappoint when you see the other new models.

Thanks again,
Mosriteforever

I'm patient but I eagerly await your announcement. Sorry but the picture on Hallmark's website doesn't really show the bridge very well, Is that a stop tailpiece or a tremolo (Er, vibrato?) And if it is a stop could I custom order one with a trem? :)

It's a stop tailpiece. I'm assuming that they are replicating Johnny Ramones' first blue Mosrite in which he took the tremolo arm and tail piece off and replaced with a stop tailpiece and left the base plate.
