Lefty Mosrite Videos Ventures songs

I have a few lefty Mosrite guitars. Super thin neck and hot p90 style pickups. This one has Dana Mo pickups (made by Semie's Daughter to vintage specs). It was actually assembled by Dana Moseley in Bakersfield California. The BTs are my creation. I made them on my Ensoniq keyboard workstation. I recently bought a video camera with xlr inputs so i can go directly from the mixer to the camera for better sound. experimenting on multi camera angles.

Nothing fancy, not an exact duplication, just vintage Ventures style though

I grew up on the Ventures as a young beginner. Their "Play with the Ventures" albums taught me all the parts to the songs. By the time I was 10 years old, I could play just about every song on their albums. To this date, I probably can play 100 of their tunes (bass, rhythm, lead). Their style was straight to the point. Not really fancy. But, they were very tastefull. It wasn't till I actually got my hands on a Fender Jazzmaster and a Mosrite that I decided to incorporate their songs back into my solo act.

Great playing on the tunes. I also grew up attempting to play along with the Ventures records. I didn't stick with it like I should have, over the years.

If you ever do another Ventures tune....could I suggest.....Perfidia.
