hey there gang,

Thought i would bump this to the top of the forum to remind everybody that this Saturday night, December 3rd, we'll have the most Mosrite-filled gig of the year in Southern California--NOKIE EDWARDS with VENTURESMANIA! The show is at Joe's Great American Bar & Grill, 4311 W. Magnolia, Burbank, CA 91505.

In addition to having Nokie, Venturesmania (made up of myself, Garrett Immel, Mel Bergman and Chris Sprague), we'll also have DJ Dan Moses spinning the wax, the first opportunity to buy the new CD by Nokie & Venturesmania "Bound and Sidejacked Again," and a Mosrite museum with rare guitars and amps that will blow your mind!

If you're on the Mosrite forum, and you live within a few hours drive of this show....it'll be the Mosrite Forum West Coast Christmas Party meet N greet! Bask in the reverb and count how lucky you are for being able to see guitar legend Nokie Edwards up close & personal!

Yes, we have a brand new CD "Bound And Sidejacked Again" (any Mosrite lover should recognize the double-entendre in the title!). It will be available for sale the first time on Saturday at the show. Soon it will be available by mail order through my site as well as CDBaby, both as a CD and a download.

Buy it, I can honestly say it's really really good. It sounds like a great unreleased Ventures album from 1965.

The gig went great! Nokie was really on fire. He played great.

If you missed Nokie at Joe's you have another chance to see him--he'll be at the Guitar Geek Festival on Friday, Jan. 20th.
