Joey Luumäki & Tappajatomaatit

Postby Chemo » Wed May 26, 2010 8:59 am

Joey Luumäki & Tappajatomaatit released a new full-length cd today (record label: Sound of Finland), called Villi Itä ("Wild East"). The first three songs on our MySpace page are from the new album: www.myspace.com/tappajatomaatit

I used my Kurokumo Mosrite Ventures/Mark I on all of the tunes.

Your Mosrite sound comes through nicely Chemo. Good band too! Some of your sounds remind me of a well known Dutch band (fun rock 'n' roll) named "Normaal" (Dutch for "normal") -which they weren't of course :D
You should take a listen... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8pdjHN-a ... re=related Quite possibly they never heard of Mosrite guitars :?

Hey, thanks Paul! The Mosrite is the only guitar there, so it should be heard easily.

Normaal sounds fun! And rock'n'roll. I like it!

Right on Chemo, great songs! The Mosrite crunch sounds really good.

Another tune in YouTube: Minusta tulee isona poliisi ("When I grow up I wanna be a cop")

...and again, Mosrite only in this one too!

Just thought I'd share this pic with you. After our bass players recent (vintage) Mosrite purchase, we're an all-Mosrite band now!
