Can someone provide the scale length on the octave neck on the double neck Mosrite?
I had it saved somewhere but for the life of me I cannot find it now.

Danny, I'll go look at my guitars in a few days to get you scale length. For the next day or two, however, I cannot bear the thought of digging out cases and going through guitars. My hands have blisters on 'em from carrying so much gear over the weekend!!!
I do seem to remember comparing the octave neck scale length to a mandolin and the scale was just about exactly the same as a Gibson mandolin, probably where Semie copied the scale length to begin with.

I do believe Joe's original was taken from a mandolin fingerboard and is 13 7/8. The re-neck I did for Brian Lonbeck's JM65 was 14 5/8 as is Larry Collins 1988 guitar.

Terry, thanks for saving me a trip to the garage with a tape measure!! My hands still hurt from loading guitars in and out of the GGF.

Hey Deke if you don't want to lug all that gear around you can always store some of it at my house
