Any source(s) for pickup switch with 2 grooves?
Newbie here, so this might be a "Duh!" question, but... Does anyone know of any source(s) for the pickup switch with two grooves around the tip? King Ed (Roman) does sell the switch tip, and I've e-mailed them and asked precisely what switch, from what supplier, has the correct thread to accept that tip, but they haven't responded. Thanks very much.

The American made vintage Mosrites have a different thread than the Japanese Mosrites. Obviously USA made has American Standard and Japanese has Metric. I don't know of any American Standard currently being made but you should keep an eye on eBay as they show up there every once in a while. Ed Romans so called made in USA Mosrite are actually Fillmore assembly in his shop in Las Vegas but are not American Standard. Zamminc a seller on eBay has some of the metric switch tips, and a seller named Mosriteno has the American. You can contact them via message through eBay.

I bought one from Zamm Inc on eBay a few months ago with the American standard thread for a Switchcraft selector, so he may still have some.
Maybe Andy Moseley will be selling some, as he's been putting alot of stuff on eBay.

Hey, thank you both, Danny and Mr. B. I've asked both Zamm inc and mosriteno1parts2 (Andy M.) about this (via eBay dialog box). And I did get a response from one of King Ed's men, too. We'll see what happens. (Bob at Ed Roman stated today that Ed has bought Dana Moseley's entire "Mosrite" booth at the NAMM show. Whatever that might actually mean. The history of the Mosrite brand is truly an epic saga!)
