What case is correct

What case is correct

I have a 1967 Mark 2. However, I don't the case. What case is correct for this model? Alligator or standard black.
I also have a 1967 Mark V with no case. What is correct for that one?

By 67 the case would have been black. The Mark V would have been a grey case with black ends.
