Project guitar
This guitar is what brought me to this forum. After seeing Mel's video of the M3 DT100 pickups, I bought a set. I bought a Squier vm jazzmaster earlier this year. After a while, I decided that this would be the one to modify. I installed the M3 pickups, switches, 500K pots, and cut a alum. pickguard. The video that I posted a link to shows some of the work. After getting to a functional part, I pulled it apart and painted it. The color is a candie gold with a red pearl overlay. I fabbed an alum pickguard to go with it. The pic doesn't show how bright the color is.

Looks, and sounds great! Those triple '90's are a pretty tight fit!

Wow - that looks great! How'd you wire it up?
Of course, besides Mosrites, I'm partial to Jazzmasters as well:
