after comparing the moseley bridge piece to my original trems, i realized that this one was an eight of an inch thicker then my trems. for this reason I had to increase the neck angle on the guitar and had little options on adjusting the bridge height, so I took time to shave down the under section of the trem with my belt sander and then cleaned it up and repainted the black section on the piece before reattaching it to the guitar.

after that I applied copper tape to ground everything and added the same to under section of the guard and then I fitted it to the guitar.

and lastly I wanted to put in a pickup that rocked and also looked correct. so here was two covers I made, one buffed out the other not.

adding the electronics. the pickup is a hot humbucker wound to 24k with a coil split at 12k single coil. I wanted a full humbucker tone, but also wanted to get a similar output as a traditional mosrite single coil when activated via push-pull knob on the volume.

I was finally able to string her up again new years day 2015.
