These are in Alabama. A couple of years ago I spoke with a former Jonas Ridge employee who told me that if Semie could not make payroll they might be given a box of parts, in lieu. My first thought is that these two guitars may have originated in such a manner. The headstock shape was changed, but it looks like it was changed before the finish was applied.
The Celebrity-II
Note the Tremolo. It looks like a Moseley but the word "Moseley" and the Patent Number have been cut out.

Note the diamond fret markers. The inlay works looks nicely done.

No serial number.

Rambo Premier logo. Also, the diamond tuners we know of.

Looks like the original finish to me.

The Celebrity Bass

Date for a serial number.

Gnarly headstock repair.

So, what do ya'll think of this pair?
