I have a set of Mosrite P-90 pickup copies that sound great. I have one issue that May or May not be indicative of P-90 pickups. On the neck pickup, if I tap on the plastic housing, I can hear the response in my amp, the bridge pickup does not do this, what might cause that ?

Bob;
I have 8 electric guitars with Humbuckers and a strat with single coils, but none of them do this. is this something that is common or rare, and is it indicative of an improper potting process ?

Re: P-90 Pickup issue.
Most common cause I have had for this is a loose mount to the guitar...any mechanical movement, metal to metal, no matter how slight will cause this...
