which strings gauge

which gauge are you using with the Ranger or other models,are the necks similar? short scale sometimes doesn't need 0.11 ,what do you think?

Hi Bruno, I''ve got 10-46s on my Ranger 65 and it sounds great.

The Excellent 65 i got last week is in getting a set up and i'm getting 10-52s.
The owner of the guitar shop bought exactly the same Excellent 65 (from Tym guitars) i got, same colour even, the week before and set his up with 10-52s and it feels great.
The feel of each guitar is quite different so its just a matter of what feels best for you.

Good luck with your Ranger, they are very nice guitars.

I have 0.11 on my 65 Fenders,and 0.10-o.46 on stratocaster and yamaha,so I'll take your advise to 0.10-0.52,which company do you use?
