Will a Ventures bass fit in a Ventures guitar case?

I'm looking to buy a replacement Mosrite case for my Ventures bass but all the ones I see on ebay are listed as guitar cases. If the bass will fit in a guitar case, that'd be great.

Can someone post the length of an actual Mosrite bass case?

45 1/2" x 15"
