Hey Elmer,
Try Ed Roman in Vegas http://www.edroman.com/guitars/mosrite/mosrite-parts.htm He says his are original & he's asking $100 bucks a piece for the chrome ones. You can probably get a pickguard there too. Stewart McDonald in Ohio has sheets of phonelic & you can cut your own or if you don't have the tools you could get an engraving shop that has a rotary engraving machine to cut it out for you. There's a place in Oregan that makes custom pickguards. You'll have to Google them because I didn't save them in my favorites.
Hope this helps.

You might want to call Artie at Front Porch Music. I've been told that he might have parts lying around.

Do the knobs & pick guards from an original fit my Ranger? I've read somewhere that they do not. Something to do w/ metric vs american measurements.

There are some "M" knobs on eBay right now, and I had WD Parts make me a custom tortoise pickguard from a drawing for about $80, for one of my MIJ clones.

The newer knobs I've heard that you have to drill them out slightly just because of what you mentioned about the metric to standard.

i had to rout out my MIJ mosrite spun knobs when I put them on my johnny ramone model. it's a little bit of a pain, but as long as you have patience, a steady hand, and a good dremel, you can get it done easy enough.
I changed out to CTS pots, and the american stuff is slightly bigger. if you bought old stock mosrite parts, you'll need to replace your pots with american stuff (which are better quality anyway) or you can try soldering a little bit of solder on the end the pot shaft to tighten up the larger cavity, and that has worked for me at times.
as for the pickguard, you should be able to find a place that can do it cheaper then ed roman. there's places on line like pickguardian.com that will make you any kind of guard from scratch, or you can probably get one of the guys on here make you one too.
If I wasn't so busy moving my shop right now I'd do it for ya.
hope this helps
