just in case anyone is wondering this project is temporarily on hold. my workshop got in a lot of furniture refinishing and repair work and all my time has been going to that. so as soon as I can clear out a few dressers, a church pew and about 5 broken kitchen chairs, I'll be back hard at work on this project. I did make a pickup for this guitar. extra hot. 30,000 turns of 44awg wire. it gave me a pickup that read around 39K!!!! lol. but I'm not thinking of winding a pickup closer to regular mosrite specs. more to come.

it's been some time since I've added to this thread, so here's the update. just been clear coating the body and neck. the neck is all but done except for added the decal and clear coating the front of the headstock. the body is about half way through the clear coating process. since the guitar is white, it can be terrible difficult to keep dust from showing in the finish. so every time I spray it, I let it dry for a day and take it down and check fir dust and sand between each coat. very time consuming. I'll post new pictures soon.

And here's a mosrite style humbucker I made to go in this guitar. I keep changing my mind what I want to put in it. lol. I wound it to be about 10k in series wiring. still need to make the cover and connect the lead wires, etc.

well after much waiting, I finally piece this baby together. she's so fun to play
