Re: My new project
Well, actually a very good point was made to me that this Thread might of had it's little funny moments,
but I/we seemed to of made a left turn and got off Topic, in which I'm Guilty and at the top of the Totem Pole.
So Kev, I hope ya forgive me/us for the 'Hijacking,' and that we can get back to the discussion at hand
.
Anyhow, what the heck IS happening with YOUR Guitar??

It's ok guys I forgive you all. Not alot has happened with the new build as I kinda lost momentum. I just got called back to work after being laid off for two months. Now I'm affraid I might not have time to finish it so I might end up selling the body and start on something that I can easily piece together like a strat or something where the parts are easily attainable. So if anybody wants to buy it let me know and I'll shoot you a price. Kevin

Re: My new project
I'm starting to get some more time on my hands so I'm going to continue on with the build and hopefully not lose steam. That and I got all the wood to build it just lying around looking at me and I got to put to some constructive use. I'll be starting on the neck next and will be posting pics as usual. Kevin

Re: My new project
Here's an update as promised, today I had some time to get most of the rough shaping done for the neck and also got the truss rod channel routed.

Re: My new project
Not a whole lot of progress as of yet as I'm awaiting the fretboard material and truss rod. But I figured I'd go ahead and mount the neck to the body to see how she looks.
