after a breakfast of egg and toast, i trekked out across the flooded tundra to the mecca

Mike,
Can you explain the oven process? Do you place a plastic sheet on top of the wood form and let it melt around it, or do you use the form to press the plastic into a mold, or....?

Hey mel

What i do is, i put the wood on a pizza pan in the oven, and put some pickguard material(precut, over the top of it) i turn the oven to 450 and it takes about 5 minutes to melt, then i pull it out and let it cool down ontop of the stove
