Oh no, I appreciate any and all feedback. It's how I learn. I am known for taking on huge projects. The fastest way to get me to do something is tell me that it can't be done, or it's very difficult. Not that it's related, but a few years ago Lucent Technologies wanted to create a training program for their proprietary software. The only problem was that they had 240 software engineers in a two story building changing the software daily. They needed someone to map out the software entirely, including the daily engineering changes and make a training course of it. They couldn't seem to find anyone who would take on such a project. So, a consultant that knows me called me up and asked if I'd tackle the job. I said sure. They gave me 12 months to do it and I got it done in 10. 2500 PowerPoint slides. Whew!

I think I'll make my first Celebrity yet this year. A double neck might take me a year or two. ;)

sounds like an awesome project sarah. maybe I'll try to beat you to the punch ;) the biggest issue I always have for building is cash flow and I stay pretty busy with customer work. It seems when I finally make a dent in my work load, more stuff comes in. this summer I will be working on les paul black beauty and finishing my first drum set :D
one of these days I'll get back on that mosrite project I've put to the side.... 8-)
Cheers,

I know what you mean. I'm just beginning with a Strat project that will take another couple of months. I've also started a radical modification to a Gretsch Streamliner that was used and abused. Then I'll tackle an archtop.

Hay Sarah, if you do attempt to make your dream guitar,I would seriously consider steaming the wood then clamping it to a form over nite so it will hold it's shape. You would have to do it in halves then epoxie it together, or get a blank thick ehough, and carve from both sides. At any rate it eould be a real challenge.

Thanks for the tip. I will remember that!
