Hey Jason, I managed to get to print out that pdf but when I printed it out the first time at 100% it was way to big but when I knocked it down to 75% it was just about 1/16" under what the measurements were on the paper. Did you happen to take measurements of the neck pocket depth and pickup/ control cavity depths' ? Kevin

Let me take a look at the model. It should be printed at 100% though, the model was made full size and the print is too, there must be a setting you're missing in the print options!! It takes 4 pieces of letter paper to print if you havent got a large printer.

The printer I have is one of those printer scanner copier jobs. I'm able to print on 4 pieces of paper and like I said it's about a 1/16" off but I can live with that.

Hmm, ok. Well I need to check the dimensions on there too as I was only really concentrating on the profile initially. I want to add the location for the tremelo plate/volume & tone switches/jack etc etc, most I have modelled in position but cant finalise atm while I dont have my guitar! I have also just sorted out a file and share option I have with my ISP so can now share directly from a link;

Mosrite Ventures II PDF File

This is a Preliminary drawing, I hope to complete real soon, hopefully in a week or so, I'll bump the thread when its finished!! :D

Just wondering if you've made any more progress and also any plans for side neck profile?

Hi Jason (Bushers), Is there a CAD / CNC file for your Ventures II body? I want to make a Ricky Wilson copy which looks to me like this model. I have access to a CNC machine to make a body (I already have the neck) so if you did create the CAD / CNC file I would be very grateful for a copy.

I do have the model in Catia V5 but can provide in IGES or DXF format. I have been soooo busy the last year that I havent had a chance to revisit this. PM me your email address and I'll send you what I have! Someday I'll get round to finishing this off!! :lol: :roll:
