weight question please

how much does a Mosrite guitar weight?

A Mosrite Celebrity-III weighs between 6.5 and 7 lbs (pounds) depending on the year. I would expect a Celebrity-II to weigh the same and a Celebrity-I slightly more.

Both my 64 and 66 Ventures models weigh right at eight pounds.

I seem to recall that my old Stereo 350 was pretty heavy. I played a '73 Les Paul Deluxe before I got the Mosrite, and they were pretty close to each other in weight. Ventures/Mark I models should be a bit lighter, but I haven't played enough of them to get a good indication of weight variance among them. My Hallmark 60 Custom is somewhere around 9 pounds--a friend of mine has a Fillmore-made '65-style Mosrite Mark I that's noticeably lighter.

My 66 and my MeshuggaMark weight in just over 8lbs, and my partsrite V3 just under 8lbs.
