I love the Moseley tremelo on my Mosrite Celebrity and noticed that Hallmark has a very similar looking tremelo. For those of you who happen to have a Hallmark and a Mosrite would you say that Hallmarks trem is comparable to the Mosrite one? I am specifically interested in a gold trem and would rather have a Mosrite style than a Bigsby. Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!
thank you, Sarah

Re: Moseley versus Hallmark tremelo
Other than the cosmetic base plate shape, they are virtually identical.

I have Three Mosrites with Vibramutes and Two Hallmarks with Shade Trems. They are very close in performance and Feel. I actually like the springs and Trem bars on the Hallmarks a little better. You can't go wrong either way.

Thank you both! That is exactly what I was hoping to hear! I will plan on getting the Hallmark Shade in gold. Yay!

Sarah,
I think Terry at TNM uses the Shade Tremolo modified to the horseshoe shaped base like on your Celebrity. This may aesthetically be closer to the Mosrite hollowbody style you may (or may not)want to go with. Go to Terry's website and look at the Trems on his builds and you'll see what they look like.

Re: Moseley versus Hallmark tremelo
Thank you. Yep I saw a couple of gold ones that look like the one on my Celebrity. That's just what I need!
