Ouch!!!!!

Postby woodchuck30 » Sun Nov 25, 2012 11:58 am

I was working in the shop about two weeks ago, went to get up to get a cup of coffie, and tripe over a extension cord fell down and broke my leg. Well what's that all about. Don't know , Don't care , Hurts like the dickens. Had surgery on it broken in two places, put together like a finely assembled guitar, Steel plates and screws. The sustain should be out of site LOL. The part that really sucks is that I'm stuck in the house for 6-8 weeks in a cast. My wife felt so bad for me she offered to let me bring my guitar in the house to work on it  What a mess I said no cause I'm a nice guy LOL

My shop gets that way sometimes too... Time for a major cleanup? As for cords, I got a couple of those retractable cord thingys that you hang from the wall or ceiling...no more cords on the floor!

Thanks for all the get well wishes from the forum, it means a lot to me thanks again. Yeah I have some of those pulldown cords and I do have them installed in the key places, but I guess I just got careless, and in too much of a hurry. Thanks again guys.

Al
