Hi fellow members: I just uploaded a video I made in 2005 to YouTube and invite you to view it and, hopefully, leave positive comments and also offer your reaction in the appropriate box.

This 3-1/2-minute video took almost 3 hours to upload! I apologize upfront if you are unable to read the lead-in text explaining what you'll see in the video. I should've thought ahead and made it a bigger font and darker. But it's too late. If you can't read it, just freeze the scene and, if your monitor has a zoom feature, use it.

When the winning number, 171233, was announced, I almost dropped for I had 171234!

The quality of the original MiniDV and the resulting DVD is much higher than what is shown on YouTube.

I didn't include the minutes long footage that I shot. I was on line waiting to have Les sign my CD when I spotted him arriving with a small entourage and TOWER employees. I left my position on the line and joined the entourage as they escorted Les to a back room where he could get rest for a few moments before coming out and doing the signing. No one interfered with my videotaping but at one point Les looked at me and made a sign for me to stop. I did and went back to my place in line. When he sat down to sign he looked at the line and recognized me and you can see him smiling and waving at me.

When it was my turn to approach him to have him sign my CD, that was a precious moment. My father used to play guitar in a trio in the 1930s.
