If you've got the figure for it....I don't judge.

Hey, Paul--
Those thingies are the little metal rings that surround the screws or bolts on the back of the neck where it meets the body. Evidently, the old ones seem to crack, and that is what had happened on the Celebrity I had.
I'm sure they have a real name, but I don't know what it would be.
Sarah was nice enough to send me the exact replacements and so now, those three metal thingies are the snazziest thing on this 1967 Celebrity II I scored!

Re: Mosrite Forum T-Shirts - SHIRTS AVAILABLE
You are very welcomed Jim! I'm glad you got them installed. It is very common to see them broken on Celebrities. I've sold them to people with Combo's as well. I'm not sure if all of the Mosrite models used them, but it could be. I call them a neck mounting bushing. I don't know if that is the official name for them or not.

I think you are referring to finish washers.
Oh, by the way......if I licked the red color on my new Forum Shirt, would I be able to see the lizard king?
Sarah, there should be at least ONE of the members who could weld those poofy sleeves on for ya.
I am going to check my mailbox now.....

I licked the red color like crazy on the Mosrite T-shirt I already have, and all I got was a festive hairball.
I'll see if these new ones work better--
