Don't got no Celebrity, tho it's good to hear folks taklling about options.

Are Celebrity pickups much different than the ones on Mk Is and Combos?

If so, in what way? Whar amps do Celebrity players favour?

Because I like to confuse guitar players in the audience, I like to play my Celebrity when doing Country and Rockabilly...perhaps more for that reason than the tone, but it certainly works for that genre of music. For Surf, British Invasion, and "Classic" rock, I'll use a Ventures Mosrite or a Hallmark. Those always attract questions from guitar players in the audience...always positive!
