Congrats Elliot! How was the rest of the Cars tour? Did the Mosrites make any appearances?

No, I traveled fairly light for a tour. Only 4 guitars: my 2 signature SG's, a Telecaster and a Stratocaster. These worked best all around for a Cars show. I'd love to take a Mosrite; it was only 11 shows-maybe for a bigger tour.

I was late going to sleep last night and as usual turned the tube on to catch some news. I saw an infomercial selling dvd's of the "Midnight Special" episodes and I could not turn it off. Man so many great artists and sequins, spandex, leather, platforms.......well you get the idea. I remember in my teen years staying up late and watching The Midnight Special, Rock Concert etc. and you could see all the bands you heard on the radio and pick which ones to go see live. Anyway

Anyway, I am reminising and low and behold Elliott pops on the screen with The Cars in a red outfit, sunglasses and a Dean ML!

Now that, is Rock and Roll!

Bob
