Nice. Besides the audio content, is there anything in particular or 'special' (perhaps autographed by The Ventures) in this copy that you find deserving of your excitement?
Not meaning to burst your bubble but this album is not too hard to find ...I mean... .... http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid ... Categories

Well I was more excited to find it locally just sitting there in the open.
I found Apache to not be in the key its always played in. Back of the album says Don Wilson plays lead on some songs, although its not noted which ones.
I was just pretty pumped to get a copy of it cheap. Even if its on ebay, $4 is probably cheaper then adding shipping and handling to the price as well

you are now an official musical archaeologist. keep digging and you will be rewarded!
A little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing.

Good for you. I can still remember well my excitement in discovering any Ventures LP record in local record shops here in Amsterdam -back in the days of vinyl. A number of record shops did accept used LP records as trade-ins which they then resold to customers. The internet is a most wonderful tool for getting practically most soundfiles I'm looking for, at the mere snap of a finger (ehrr...push of a button :D ) ...but it has killed the excitement of old-fashioned browsing in a record shop.
