This is a great band, from the south of England (Hove i believe). I've exchanged a couple messages with the guitar player, and he seems like a nice guy. He's got a 2 Ventures models (6 and 12 string)

check out some of their other videos on youtube.

It's cool that there's a Mosrite player near Brighton , or is that Hove , they're just next to each other on the south coast . Hove used to be mainly retired people (I love a generalization) and Brighton was a ghost town in the winters.

Recently though Brighton has become a playground for modern youth .. and it is a major commutor town for London. Also a bit of a music hotbed due to the easy London access and more relaxed seaside lifestyle. (ahem :) )
So I would reckon Hove is being invaded by people who are finding Brighton getting too expensive to live there.
Good going Simon .. I love your bass player xxx

Nice sounds. I really enjoy it!

I love The Ventures tunes in 60's.(especially the twist era) Can you share what kind of amps, effect and the setting?

What kind of bass was Mrs. Jones using in Youtube? A vintage Jaguar Bass, maybe?

Thanks,

Thanks, glad you liked the sounds.
That track "You Make Me Nervous Twist" is a Fender Jaguar playing lead with Mosrite Rhythm guitar & Fender Jazz Bass.
Hiromi is playing a Fender Jaguar Baritone on the videos.
We usually use Fender amps but most of those videos are with small practise amps.
