Takeshi Terauchi

A bunch of music from my favorite Mosrite player:

Wish I could hear more of your #1 Choice. And I enjoy Davie Allan too.[/quote]
You can hear LOTS of Takeshi Terauchi if you're willing to dig a little bit, he was quite prolific...but here's some freebies:

http://blog.wfmu.org/freeform/2005/06/t ... rauch.html

http://blog.wfmu.org/freeform/2006/09/j ... urf_v.html

(the above two links contain individually downloadable mp3s, the Seicho Takeuchi-Bushi and Let's Go Classics LPs in their entirety, the first one is definitely the stronger material, although Terauchi did a MUCH better job arranging classical themes than the utterly atrocious Ventures Joy record)

The amazing Let's Go Eleki-Bushi LP:

Two compilations of early material:

(or just the download link: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=D6BWPRP0 - two CDs in one .rar archive)

The World is Waiting for Terry LP:

This one is insane:

Vincent, what is that guitar Nokie is holding? Also, is that a CD or DVD?

That's Tony Hunt guitar custom made for Nokie. I am the lucky owner now. This is a CD which Nokie did withTakeshi in '90s?. Here are the songs:

Zak, thanks a million, man! I am enjoying!

Desert Surfer, I really like Terry's gold finish Mosrite in that picture: no doubt custom made for him.

A friend of mine who actually helped organize a Terauchi show in São Paulo in the 80s (I didn´t even know he´d played here in Brazil) sent me a bunch of Terauchi stuff a few weeks ago. I´ll rapidshare it soon.
