Yep, that's a green Mosrite, but not the shade of green I remember. Ricky's was a metallic seven up green, a brighter shade than the "army" green in the collection photo.
Austin, you mentioned two 'bursts, and you are right. He did have two bursts, but I wasn't sure my memory was serving me right. I will vouch for that, because I nearly posted he had two different burst Mosrites, but did not trust my memory.
A little something for B-52s fans...

Yep, that's the shade of green, only on the guitar it was metallic. As for the headstock, I don't recall. But do remember two different 'burst Mosrites. Thanks for jogging my memory. They were on stands off to the side of the stage.

I've never seen one of these before. Any history behind them? Refinish or custom order?
Here's a link to Digimart for this very same guitar...

Please, when quoting someone that has posted a photograph, please, please remove the [img] brackets from the post so we don't keep posting the same picture over and over. It takes up way too much space.

Re: A little something for B-52s fans...
Dorkrock,
I find myself often perusing Japanese guitar sites. Unfortunately, I can't read Japanese, so I look for the few English words, and numerical specs to sort of get a notion. I know I'm missing out on lots of cool stuff otherwide.
So, I need to learn Kanji, right?
Dennis, I found it at DigiMart, and it is for sale! I wish I could read the description, but this stuck in my head because it looked like the Mosrite I saw when I saw the B-52s so many years ago. For all I know, this was Ricky's guitar!! (not trying to start Internet rumors).
Anyway, I though everyone would get a kick out the the bright metallic green.
BTW, I found the DigiMart listings via a link at Music Liner website, which Dorkrockrecords kindly provided in another thread. Does anyone know if they ship to the US?
