Well that's a kick in the guts.
I've never been there but it was one of those ' things I have to do before I die " things.

Re: OMG!!! The END of an ERA......
Well, I would like to know how Paul Ash decided to put the ax to Manny's when 'they' were first trying to preserve
this Landmark, or at least when they first purchased it back in 1999, and how is it, that Manny's got on the 'hit list'
with no one else suggested (of that type of fame) on that block?......

WOW.........I can't beleive it! Manny's the place where I bought my first real guitar and amp at the age of fifteen. It was a 65 ventures mosrite and a 65 fender bandmaster. Its also one of my stops when I'm in the city.

Hey, just trying to stay busy making custom amp covers. Doing great with them. I'm calling Manny's tomorrow to order some t-shirts or something with their name on it. Yeah today was a sad day for me and my guitars buddy's! Don't worry I check this site every day and I must say that you guys run a great forum!
Thanks Tony

I started making covers for all my amps and everyone loved them so I decided to sell them on ebay. I use high grade vinyl with 1/4 foam on the inside that helps protect your investment. They look kool........black with gold piping or any other color piping. Here are some pix. Thanks Tony
