Here is a early Iron Butterfly single "Evil Temptation". You can almost hear the colored lights and strobe in this hypnotizing Sunset Strip fuzz fest. It's like a product demo record for Mosrite. With the original line up:
Next is the same line up doing the first version of "Possession" with one of the nastiest fuzz tones ever! It gets even better at the solo when the fuzz is bumped up a notch for the solo, like it's scratching the inside of you mind:
