Yard sell find info ?

Member from cali with yard sale find. $15. Years of looking pay off. it is a Solo made in Italy or at least imported from there. they made accordions I belive. The guitar is sonic. really rings. lots of horizontal cracks in the covering on the body. Anyone out there have any info or history on this blast from the past? sorry for poor pics

seems to be well made is why I am surprised there is very little info on history. zero frett, roller bridge, monster tuners. I love it
