I wonder if they sound muted the way some of the first coated strings did...

Colored- and even glowing strings...who would've thought?! There is truly nothing new under the sun

I've had DR strings on my MK II a few times! Black ones. They're good strings. They have kind of a slinky/smooth feel to them. If that makes any sense.
